The Landis Lavender
Ingredients:
2 ounces gin (Bombay)
1 ounce homemade blueberry purée
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce lavender syrup
Directions:
Combine Bombay gin, homemade blueberry purée, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup over ice and shake well. Pour into a Collins glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
