GRACE GEHMAN
OCEAN CITY HIGH SCHOOL
Grace Gehman, the daughter of Chuck and Lisa Gehman of Sea Isle City, graduated from Ocean City High School with distinguished honors. Grace was a member of the Red Raiders tennis team throughout her high school years. She will spend the summer at the beach and working at an ice cream parlor. Grace is attending Stockton University in the fall.
LINDSAY KRAFCHICK
BAYARD RUSTIN HIGH SCHOOL
Lindsay Krafchick, the daughter of Nicole and Mike Krafchick of Glen Mills, Pa., and the granddaughter of Sandie and Joe McMaster of Sea Isle City, graduated from Bayard Rustin High School in West Chester, Pa. Lindsay was the captain of her high school soccer team as a senior and was a member of student council, National Honor Society, and National Spanish Honor Society. She graduated with distinguished honors and was second in her class. Lindsay received the Excellence in Spanish award and the girls’ soccer athlete award. Lindsay works part time at Joint and Spine Physical Therapy as a PT aide. She will be attending Duquesne University, where she received an athletic scholarship to play soccer.
TAYLOR KRAFCHICK
BAYARD RUSTIN HIGH SCHOOL
Taylor Krafchick, the daughter of Nicole and Mike Krafchick of Glen Mills, Pa., and the granddaughter of Sandie and Joe McMaster of Sea Isle City, graduated from Bayard Rustin High School in West Chester, Pa. Taylor was the captain of the field hockey team during her senior year and was also the co-president of Envirothon Team. She was a member of the Science Olympiad State qualifying team, National Honor Society, and National Spanish Honor Society. She graduated with distinguished honors and was first in her class. Taylor received the science student of the year award, an outstanding achievement in Science Olympiad, and the field hockey scholar athlete award. Taylor works full time for Crozer Health System as an administrative assistant in a primary care office and is a field hockey coach for WCFHA. She will be attending University of Virginia enrolled in the Echols Scholar Program.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
MAGGIE DAVENPORT
CREST MEMORIAL SCHOOL
Maggie Arden Davenport, the daughter of Patrick and Jennifer Davenport of Wildwood Crest, graduated from Crest Memorial School. Maggie was the president of student council and made honors every marking period of elementary school. She was the captain of the cheerleading and soccer teams, played softball, and was a member of Peer Leaders. Maggie plans to spend the summer hanging out with her friends and surfing before heading off to high school at Wildwood Catholic Academy. Maggie’s mom, Jennifer, is the Sea Isle Times Associate Editor.
