As the summer brings warmer weather, you will need a refreshing cocktail to stay cool, and the Oar House Pub is just the place to go! This specialty cocktail known as the Raspberry Sweet Tart will be your go-to drink this summer, as it combines Deep Eddy grapefruit vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice. Head out on the town with friends and be sure to stop by the Oar House Pub to try the Raspberry Sweet Tart!

Raspberry Sweet Tart

Ingredients:

  • Deep Eddy grapefruit vodka

  • Ginger beer

  • Lime juice

Directions:

Pour Deep Eddy grapefruit vodka and lime juice over ice and shake rigorously.

Pour into a tall glass and top it off with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon and lime.
