The newest restaurant and bar in town offers music, food, and drink specials such as the Chupacabra. This smoky, fresh cocktail combines mezcal and fresh lemon juice with agave and red bell pepper juice to create a powerful and flavorful drink. This house favorite is bright like its atmosphere and fresh on flavor as it pairs nicely with what’s coming out of the kitchen.

Chupacabra

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces mezcal

  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro

  • ½ ounce agave

  • ¾ ounces fresh red bell pepper juice

  • ¾ ounces fresh lemon juice

  • Heirloom tomatoes to garnish
