Now more than ever, we could all use a vacation with our closest girlfriends! Spend a spring weekend in Sea Isle City for a safe and fun experience full of shopping, dining, laughing and more! Hosted by the Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce and Revitalization, the event features unlimited opportunities to eat, drink and shop throughout town. More than 30 participating stores and restaurants will be offering discounts and hospitalities. Please remember to mask up and stay 6 feet apart while enjoying the weekend.

April 17
ESA/South Jersey District Surfing Contest
7am-5pm, 40th Street beach
This annual event features heats for shortboard, longboard, and bodyboard contestants. The entry fee is $20 (plus $10 per extra entry), and registration is online at surfsignup.com. All contestants must be signed up by April 15. Prospective members or those with expired memberships may renew or join online at surfsignup.com as well.

Beach Cleanup
10am-noon, JFK Blvd. & Promenade
(Rain date: April 18)
Join members of Sea Isle City’s Environmental Commission and help get Sea Isle City’s beaches ready for the season! Volunteers are needed to help scour the beaches and the Promenade for trash and debris. Volunteers will meet at JFK Blvd. & the Promenade where they will receive trash bags and data sheets to document their findings before heading out to an assigned location.

Yard Sale
7am-1pm, Town-wide
It’s time to say out with the old and in with the new! The Sea Isle City yard sale comes just in time for spring cleaning season! The Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce and Revitalization will host its annual town-wide yard sale the Saturday before Mother’s Day. All property owners in Sea Isle City are encouraged to participate. A list of participating addresses will be available online at seaislechamber.com.

Karl J. Boehret Surf Fishing Tournament
7am-12:30pm, Community Lodge
The 40th annual Karl J. Boehret Surf Fishing Tournament will take place the Saturday after Mother’s Day. Registration starts at 5:30am. Sponsored by the Delaware Valley Surf Anglers Association, the event features individual and team competitions. After the fishing stops at 12:30pm, lunch and awards will conclude the event. Any updates will be on the organization’s Facebook page, Delaware Valley Surf Anglers.

Beachcomber Bash

Enjoy an evening out with friends at the Beachcomber Bash! Hosted by the Environmental Commission, this annual fundraiser supports the Beachcomber Guides program. It will feature dinner, live music, basket raffles, a 50/50 and a wine pull where everyone who buys a chance is a winner!
