Bowden Reese Robarts made first-time parents of Dana Iannelli and Michael Robarts of Sea Isle City on Jan. 9. Born at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Mainland Campus, he weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 21.5 inches long.
